Response to Reading - Fiction

• Three levels have been provided. Choose the version that best meets the needs of your students.
• Students should be encouraged to use drawing and/or writing to complete the responses.
• Response to Reading pages can be completed in small groups or independently.
• Response to Reading pages are a great addition to any library or listening center.

Through the use of this activity, students are guided in reading fictional texts about climate change and responding to them by pointing out any gaps, lessons gained, and necessary fixes to increase climate resilience. Every supplementary resource included in the activity guide has been thoroughly reviewed and approved by our scientific review team.
