"This introductory training begins to explore how emotional capacity is key to solving the climate crisis. Disconnection lies at the heart of environmental degradation and social upheaval, but by harnessing our emotions we can resolve conflict, foster deeper community connections, and inspire meaningful action. Teaching climate change through emotional agility and care helps us reconnect across differences and build relational bonds that unite us and our Planet for lasting change."
Participants will hear from Tessa Anttila, who works with the connection between mental health and climate change. Those who register will also receive a recording of the workshop and additional resources to ensure registrants can still participate, even if schedule conflicts arise.
